Suivre la remise de mails

Suivez le chemin que prend votre mail lors de son envoi. Cet outil est très utile afin de déceler d’éventuels problèmes de routages.

Par défaut la liste n’affiche que les 250 messages avec erreur d’envoi les plus récents venant des boites mail de votre compte.

Afin de vérifier le statut d’une tentative d’envoi, suivez la procédure suivante:

  1. Entrez l’adresse email d’un destinataire dans la barre de recherche. Notez que pour afficher tous les messages du compte ne rentrez pas d’adresse.
  2. Cliquez sur Afficher Tout pour rafraichir les résultats dans le tableau Rapport de remise.

Le système trie les résultats parmis les colonnes suivantes:

  • Evenement: une icone indique le statut de l’envoi,
  • User: le nom du compte,
  • Adresse de l’expéditeur: l’adresse email d’expédition,
  • Heure d’envoi: le moment ou l’ordre d’envoi a été enregistré,
  • Score spam: le score de spam que peut représenter le mail (si il est élevé il se peut que votre mail soit envoyé dans la boite à spam ou refusée par votre destinataire – Basé sur Apache SpamAssassin),
  • Destinataire: votre destinataire,
  • Résultat: un message décrivant les détails de l’envoi,
  • Actions: cliquez sur l’icone d’information pour avoir plus de détails.
